Every project starts with a clear vision and the right tools. I use Houzz to scan spaces, create floor plans, and bring your ideas to life in 2D or 3D before construction even starts. My design process keeps everything realistic, organized, and customized to fit your space, style, and budget.
Space Scan & Consultation
I start every project by scanning your room or home with Houzz to capture accurate floor plans and layouts. We’ll talk through your ideas, challenges, and goals while I show real-time options—like removing walls, adjusting flow, or expanding space—to find what works best.
Design & Visualization
Once the concept is clear, I use Houzz tools to build a complete 2D or 3D model so you can see the plan before any work begins. We test layouts, lighting, materials, and colors until the design feels right. It’s the perfect way to make confident decisions early on.
Project Coordination & Implementation
After your design is approved, I coordinate the details and work closely with the build team to make sure everything matches the plan. Because the space has already been mapped and designed digitally, the process runs smoothly—with fewer surprises and more control.
